PHP if $ = $ and $ = $ { header }

I want to do this:

$jmsa = "m";
$hsma = "c";

if($u = $jmsa), if($p = $hsma) {
header('Location: klo.php');
}else{}

But idk how to do two $ if

Please help, im simply noobie :/
