VB form button multiquestion statement

I have made a form that consist of two labels two and two color ovals, a TXTBOX, richTXTBOX and a button.

So far my code only allows one input option so it does matter which if statement I use it will bypass the rest images attached is the code.

I'm not 100% sure how to make it change each time I press the BTN
