How to evaluate two conditions in the same time in IF statement?

I have two conditions: c1 and c2 and i want to do something like this: if c1 and c2 are both false than print FALSE, if c1 is true but c2 is false print FALSE, if c1 is false but c2 true print FALSE, if both are true print TRUE. Thank you.
