How do I assign answer using IF statement and Dictionary Value

Help with IF Statements and dictionries combined please. I have exam tommorow.Thanks http://ift.tt/2geybEh A bit like this but simpler and says right or wrong and increases score every time. How do I link "your right" to one of the value of dictionary using if statements?
