MS Excel if qualified for doubletime

At my job we have a flex schedule were everyone has 2 consecutive days off but on different days. My weekend falls on Monday night and Tuesday night, being 3rd shift, for pay period sakes my off days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

Now we can work just about all the overtime we can handle, and anything over 8 hours a shift is o.t. if we work 7 consecutive days and have over 48 hours on the start of the seventh day all hours worked that day are double time.

So I have been trying to get a formula to calculate this. But I can't for the life of me even think of where to begin to get the hours worked on the seventh day over 48 hours to be able to do the equation for x2 cells

Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you need any other information let me know but I thought a screenshot would be enough.
