Selecting info from different textbox, combobox and datetime pickers

I'me building a vb.net app with a SQL Database.

One of the tables has 22 fields.

I have a Search Form with multiple TextBoxes, ComboBoxes and a DateTimePicker.

Just wanted to know what is the best way to get info from all.

For instance, if I write something on the SerialNumber and Location TextBoxes, I want it to search the Table from rows that have both information.

Is there any other way without the use of multiple IF statements?

Because its a lot of statements to cover all the options.
