VBA Code to cut and paste entire rows to a new sheet based on a list of key words

Hoping someone here can help me! I am trying to sort through a lot of data. I want anything that's deemed "payroll related" to be selected and moved to a new sheet. The key indictor is in column B, with the text of "Salary", "Success Share", "Bonus", "Retirement", etc.. I have tried if, then formula's but I have more than two payroll related names that I am looking for. Can anyone assist? What is the best function I should be using?
