In excel, how can I conditionally format so that my collapsed lists highlight if there is something that matches in the sublist?

I have a table which has subcategories like so:

Name MR A

Mr a = 2

Mr a = 3

Mr a = 4

MR B

Mr b = 5

Mr b = 7

MR C

mr c = 7

Each with values int he next column where I have put an equals sign. When this is collapsed, it looks like so

MR A

MR B

MR C

My question is: how can I conditionally format this so that the collapsed row will highlight if at least one of the sublists has a certain value (i.e. if any of the sub entries is higher than 3)

There must be a way of doing this rather than manually inputted it! Thank you!
