How to Search Multiple Values from single cell

As per the screen shot you can see the Formula and my tables.

now i want to do that not only entering 51035 in Code i get value in description but also if i enter 10mm, the same result shows in description.

=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("51030",C15)),(Value!$F$4),
