IF Condtion in Google Spreadsheets

Currently, I am working with Google Spreadsheets, for you to know the main logic of this Condition, I want to Compare the Column number 7 of Sheet 1 to Column number 2 in Sheet 2, Then if it meets the condition, the value of 1 Column in Sheet 1 will be change based on Column number 4 in Sheet 2.

for now, this is what I've got, but it does not return my expected value.

=IF(COLUMN(CELL(7)) = Sheet2!B:B, Sheet2!D, "N/A")
