googlesheet ( if statement between range of numbers )

in setup cost up cost I want to have conditions and these conditions are based of the number of devices for example I want if the number of devices is between 1-100 in the setup cost up cost will be = 5000 and if the the number of devices is between 101 -200 the setup cost up cost = 10000 and so on attachment is what equation i have tried and still not working please help here
