Why isn't the if, elif and else statement working?

trying to improve my skills with some practice when i stumbled over a problem with the if, elif and else statement. Whenever i just randomly types something instead of "Yes" or "No", it still does what my "Yes" should do.

I am completely blank! I tried to cut as much off the code as possible. Try to paste it in to soething, then it'll become clear what to see.

I expect it to react to when i input "Yes", then it'll do the things i programmed it for. I expect the same from "No"
