Making an If and Else If code into an And or code

This is part of the code I wrote using If and Else if statements to calculate netpay based on withholding tax that is deducted. Now my professor wants me a to change it to and AND OR decision type and I don't know if I can rework what I've already created or I need to redo it entirely
