What is the best way to identify a numeric grouping in a string to perform further data manipulation?

I would like to extract grouping of numbers that exist in strings. The strings consist of alapha and nonalphanumeric characters and the number groupings vary in length but are always consecutive. The strings are in a single column of an excel report. For example:

I don’t need to move or manipulate the number groupings but rather use them to identify associated barcodes. A single grouping of numbers can represent one or two unique barcodes. The barcodes are located in the same excel report in a column within the same worksheet and the same row with respective number grouping

I would like to use the number grouping to identify the one or two barcodes associated and move those barcodes into another excel document.

Would using the grouping option of the RegEx expression best suite this situation? Would it be easiest to create a temporary placeholder for the number groupings while matching them to their barcodes?
