Identifying Transferred Personnel

how can I create a formula that will tell me if the employee is a transfer?

So I have - Column A:B populated with the names and team names of the employees in November 2019 - Column C:D populated with the names and team names of the employees in December 2019.

How can I get column F to show "Transferred" if Column A is equal to column C but the corresponding column B is not equal to column D.

So employee AB123 transfered from Team 1 to Team 2 in December.
