How do I highlight cells that fall outside of a range in excel?

I have summarised my bloodwork across various dates in excel, and have two columns (C and D, see image) that specify the optimal and standard range for each blood marker (each marker is a row). I want to be able to highlight the markers on any given date that fall outside the two ranges. Orange if it falls outside the standard range, Yellow if outside the optimal range, and Red if outside both ranges. Any help would be much appreciated.
