How to paste only rows of data that meet certain criteria on Excel

Looking for something simple in Excel that copy and pastes whole rows from one sheet in an Excel workbook into a blank sheet in the same workbook, that meet a criteria, which is to have a value in any of the time series.

So something like, IF (total for row is over 0) THEN (paste row into Sheet A)
