Lookup a Value and Display Column Header with vale, otherwise blank and nextrow

if Search key = row2, i want to show data only with value, so lookup columns , and show (B1) : (B3) , next row, show (D1) : (D3), next row show (E1):(E3),next row, show(F1) : (F3)
