Freemarker condition to generate one text than the default one

The following code could show a particular text instead the default one that is recalled with else. But when I use it, the template shows the text insered in this part of code: CODE Can someone help me implementing a condition saying that if the first condition: if we have a new item and we already and handled re-accommodation cases so if not found it is simply a new item added is not found then show the text inside the else.
