While loop including nested if in else if statement and how to output a else statement [closed]

My question is about how to go to a next if else statement. I created a program that starts with a while loop continue with a if statement and a while loop inside the if statement if the customer enter a amount of money which is not enough.Then when the money is enough it went to the beginning again.But if age of the second user is different then it should go to the else if statement but it doesn't happen.What is my problem.
