User Input/If Else Statement/Getter and Setter

I need to ask the user a question, the tasks is to keep both question and answer as getter and setter method.

So it should ask the question which is stored in getter and setter

if it is right system will print that the user is correct

If it is not system will print the correct answer from getter and setter

Can anyone possibly help how to do it as I can't get my head around it.
