"if" from multiple ranges Excel

I'm trying to select the value of one cell dependant of two other cells from multiple ranges matching. So, if a cell from range A1 to Z1 exactly matches the value from cell F1, then match the corresponding cell from A2 to Z2 and place in to G1. Example... if value C1 = M1, then put data from M2 in to G1...
