Combining IF with or and overcomming blank cells

Hi I've this problem where I want to set some condition, if the value over certain range exceeds certain value then YES or NO, and this multiple times, aslo overcomming blansk cells.

In other words, example row 6, if the value increased more than lets say 100 for one or more years than YEs otherwise no.
