How to Match and Replace data in Excel from different Tabs

Data in two tabs Tab 1 – New Data Tab 2 – Old data that needs parts of it replacing Column G on Tab 2 is the data that needs replacing and Column J on Tab 1 is where it needs to be sourced from.

Both tabs have a list of Full Names (Column K on Tab 2 and Column D on Tab 1) I need a formula or VBA that runs through the tabs and replaced the data in Column G on Tab 2, with the data that is in Column J on Tab 1 IF the Full Names both match. I then need a way for it to tell me which data it hasn’t been able to replace so I can tell what new people are on the Tab 1 list and I can update their details manually
