Is it possible to do this with the option my macro program gives me?

My simple macro program options:

Move mouse Recording Detect color, pixel loc Tags Switch To tag If EndIF Else - it also lets you run another macro after one ends

The problem is that it runs but it waits until the entire script is done whereas I want it to detect color in the middle of something and act accordingly

How do I setup this script in order:

If ice cream not at X spot don’t eat

Else

If ice cream at ‘X’ spot, Eat.

Eat for 4 minutes

But WHILE eating ice cream at X spot in THOSE 4 min, if bug pops up in ice cream then kill bug OTHERWISE continue..

And if ice cream finish throw cup in garbage(I made separate script for that and it works)
