Create a VBA code for a COVID-19 self-screening application. Determine if the person is high or low risk based on the provided answers. You have been provided with Answer1, Answer2 and Answer3. If a person has answered two questions with a “yes” then we can say the person is high risk but if the person answered two questions with a “no” then that person is low risk. Show the Status of the person at the end as either “High Risk” or “Low Risk”.
