Building two arrays with commas, spaces and numbers and printing it

I am trying to scan two different arrays with 6 numbers (integers - from 0 to 100) each - when one comma and one space is between each number (for example of one array: 50, 60, 70, 100, 93, 90). Also, after scanning them I need to print them. The next stage is to print which number lower than 55 in each array. How should I do it in the easiest way possible?
