How do I get the lowest amount with the item name in a sheet with me ore than one option

Hi Im trying to make an inventory sheet with items and amounts. I wanted it to always show me the lowest amount and the item name so I can order more. I used the DGet fiction which works good, except when tow different materials have the same number for example if I have 20 apples and 20 pears I get an error. How do I fix this or what other formula could I use.
