Excel IF Function: 2 seperate conditions

I'm trying the combine the following two conditions in one function:

Condition 1

If true: Outcome A

If false: Outcome B

Condition 2

If true: no action

If false: Zero

I want this to lead to two seperate outcomes, one from condition 1 and one from condition 2.

Any help would be much aprreciated!
