Excel If function to return a value 2 rows below

I need an if statement in cell "P1" to output the value "A" in cell "P3" if the value of N1 is "Y"

Cell "N1" has this formula =IF(A1="Defect Description :","Y","") so the value of "N1" is "Y" in this case.

Any ideas??
