If else statement in MS WORD? *change color of field

Is it possible to set field in word, if it has some value (e.g If the field had some random "No.3" in it),to change the background color of the field in the table?

if (i=3) {
    *(color my field red)*
}         
else {
    *(color my field green)*
}
