Multiple if and count if statement formula

I am trying to extract data with the following logic. But this formula is long are there any easier ways to accomplish this?

IF(COUNTIF(K:K,K3)=B3,IF(AND(B3=1,M3=1),H3,IF(A3="","",IF(M3>1,IF(AND(B3<5,B3>0),H3,""),""))),"")
