If statement. A small game

I am making a small game with an if statement. So the program asks the user a question and if the answer is right the program continues normally if not, the user has to answer the question until he gets it right. So what am I asking is how can my for loop start again (ask the same question if answered wrong)? And how can my program count how many time the user had to answer each question until he got it right. Thank you.
