How to include IF or WHICH in linear model using lm?

I would like to write a linear model with IF or WHICH inside. I have this table and I want to write lm(mean~teneur_as,teneur_as2,teneur_as3) for which the as, as1, as2 == 'tébuconazole" only... How can I do that ?
