Excel - Integrating Conditional Formatting and Data Validation

I have a quick question about data validation. I am constructing a model which due to a series of inputted building features, outputs zoning statistics. It is all yes or no, which I have done with standard data validation. Some of these features have different levels, however, which are still yes or no. Is there a way to limit the level yes or no's such that if one of the levels is turned to yes, the others automatically turn to no? I don't want anyone to get wrong information by having multiple levels turned to yes.
