There was an error in my 'else' branche [on hold]

Recently, I've write a program to request an AJAX function, and in my controller(the function in it), there was an simple error in the 'else' branch. However, the program must go wrong when it goes into the else branch. When I was self-testing the program did well, but when it was put online, the sentry system is warning. So, is there any friends could please help me? Sorry for my pool English. I can figure out the obvious error near the convertEncoding where the place of ')' was wrong.
