I need help create a program that given the day of the week and weather, it will tell you the transportation to commute

I would like some guidance of how I can go about creating a program where given the users input of the day of the week and the weather (good/bad), it will respond with the method of transportation to take to work.

Mode of Transportation Mode Days Weather Bus M/W N/A Car T/F always on Bad days Bike Thurs only on Good days

It would be according to this chart, to give a clear image.

I've seen if statement as a possibility, however I'm unsure and would like guidance.

I appreciate any feedback.
