need make batch file wait for a Specific page In the browser to be loaded

I want my batch file to stop at a certain point and wait until a particular page opens In the browser. Is that there?

Example :

start "web page name" "https://exampel.com"

I need wait until the page in https://exampel.com is fully loaded before continuing with the code.
