if last row value is already exist and last row value is <> the previous row value+1 then msg box error

two conditions are to be met- first one, in D column i have to search a value entered through spin button from another sheet is existed or not and second one that the last row value entered shall be +1 to previous to last row value and if both conditions are nothing then copy some data from one sheet to column D
