Unindent does not match any outer indentation

I am making a simple questionnaire and when i run it, it says this:

IndentationError: unindent does not match any outer indentation level

Yet if I try to fix it, it will forget about the if statement and deduct the score even if the person get's the answer right, is it a problem with sublime text? or is it a problem that I have done? It doesn't say that for the code above it, can someone please help, any help is appreciated!
