Excel Help ratio with sumproduct

Date of Hire Plan Participant 1/6/2020 Yes 5/6/2020 Yes 3/6/2020 No 1/1/1900 Yes

I have table above and want to get a ratio when date of hire is greater than 11/11/2019 and plan participant is 'YES'. the Ratio would be 2/3

This is what I have but it's returning 3 instead of 2.

=SUM(IF(($A$2:$A$7>DATE(2019,11,11))*(SUMPRODUCT(--($B$2:$B$7="Yes"))),1,0))
