If statement matching cell and column

I'm very new to Excel VBA and haven't quite familiarized myself with all the different functions and such, and I'm quite sure I understand how to use IF statements. I am trying to write an IF Statement to see if the value in cell F19 is present in a cell in the column B18:B and to print 3 in the cell to the right. e.g. If Cell B18 = F19 then print 3 in cell C18.
