Excel Formula with IF command and multiple OR command within an AND command

Can anyone help me with why this formula turns up nothing?

=IF(AND((OR([@Column3]="End of Life", [@Column3]="Deployed")), (OR([@Column2]="Missing", [@Column2]="Disposed")), ([@Column1]="Missing")), "Flag", "Nothing")

Or provide something less clunky.
