static site inside iframe in responsive site

Hello I have a client who wants an external non-responsive site inside an iframe on a particular page of the responsive site I am developing for him. Is there anyway I can get that external site to display at full width inside the iframe when viewed on mobile? At present it doesn't resize for the viewport, and displays just a portion of the site. Thanks!
