Using Nested IF statements.

Working in excel 2016. I created a nested IF/then beast. I'll paste it below. The problem is, it is throwing incorrect information sometimes. SO I have 5000 rows and about 20 percent of them are incorrect. I'm not sure how this happened and I need it to be correct as the data then goes into a pivot table which I'm not having much luck with. Any help would be fantastic!
