Needing a help for customize my IPS "IPB" forum

I need the helping to code for my forum. My forum software is IPS (Invision Power Suite; Version IPS 4.2.2). I want to code/customize a verification icon beside to nickname. Example: XY-nickname [image] or better to see: http://ift.tt/2eX95rH

But if a member has enter in profile group textfield then he can to get this verification icon. So how I can customize this?

I found this code in template (postContainer):

But I don't know, how I code right with PHP-commands [IF] & [ELSE].. Also can somebody help me to tell me how, please?

My imagination shows so:

[IF XY-member has entered textfield in profile textfield, then get Verifed Icon] [ELSE nothing Verifed Icon]

Of course in PHP-format. ;-)
