New to java. Doing a simple project. Stuck [on hold]

I am doing an assignment where we have two random numbers and they subtract each other. If the answer is wrong by 1 + or - print this if it is wrong by more than 1 but less than 10 print this if it is wrong by more than 10 print this. Also when the answer is inputted correctly have the program randomly pick three different statements to print out from. so like "you're right", "you must be a genius" etc... I have no clue how to do this
