Sumproduct to count the matches within a date

I currently have this formula

=sumproduct(--isnumber(match(Closers!A:A,'Consent to Contract'!E:E,0)))

This is counting all matching emails in Closers A:A to the emails in the COnsent to Contract E:E.

My goal is to have this formula to count those matches only if they fall under a specific date, I am matching the dates using =int(k6) in the Consent to Contract sheet G:G. Help please
