Multiple conditional IF statement that will add a prefix to a word in another cell

In a Row, If the value in B4 is either n.neu., n.an. or n.in. then use value in A4 (e.g. durat), add a prefix xij to it and display the result in E4 (xijdurat)

I have figured out how to use multiple conditions, but I am struggling to get it to add the prefix.

Can someone please help?
