How to change image from picturebox on the bases of checked radio buttons from different group boxes?

I am currently working on project named Tailor Shop Management, Where i have a module in which there are 4 groupboxes and each groupbox have 2 radio buttons, I have to change image in picturebox according to selected radio buttons, You can see image of my module, user can select different radiobox depends on his/her choice, now image should change, I have done somework for it but there 2^n (groupboxes) IF-Statements i have to use, some one give short and reliable way to solve above mentioned problem.enter image description here
